Baltoween: The Viking Village

BALTOWEEN IS BACK — and this year, we’re entering THE VIKING VILLAGE! Expect live performances, dancing, costumes, interactive surprises, and a little Baltic-Nordic mischief. THE EVENING FEATURES: Performances of selections from the Nordic musical “Tales of Les Dames Blanches.” Created by Johanna Telander, the musical brings to life some of the world’s most fearsome female ghosts — the “Ladies in White” — and reveals why their stories still resonate today. Latvian folk dance group “Jumalite” brings Viking-inspired folk dancing to the village. DJ Bird keeps the Viking longship dancefloor moving late into the night. Come dressed as a Viking, shieldmaiden, Nordic legend, mythical creature—or create your own interpretation of the mysterious North. Admission: $20, payable at the door.
